Description

eControl micro II
The compact and powerful PLC has a scalable CPU (single, dual or quad core with 1–1.2 GHz) and a 7-inch capacitive touch display for user-friendly operation. The manufacturer-independent and standardized interfaces, such as IO-Link and an OPC UA server, enable flexible use and make the controller IoT-ready.

The high-performance package is completed by a variety of interfaces. An integrated Ethernet interface can be used for debugging, remote maintenance, software updates or higher-level visualizations. Via a USB port, machine parameters and data sets can be exchanged quickly and easily via USB stick (individual scripts can be executed automatically). Further communication interfaces are a serial interface as well as the possibility for WLAN and Bluetooth.

The supported fieldbuses are EtherCat and CAN. The fanless controller can act as an EtherCAT master, this can be easily set up from the CODESYS controller configuration and guarantees optimal control of EtherCAT IOs and drives. All controller data is stored on an integrated SD card of up to 64 GB.

CODESYS programming according to IEC 61131-3
Based on a 32-bit microcontroller with integrated target visualization on the PLC, eControl micro II is programmed with the runtime system CODESYS V.3.5 according to IEC 61131-3. For sophisticated visualizations, there are ready-made visualization elements, such as trend graphics, alarm table or pointer instruments, which allow quick and easy work.
