Description

eControl micro
The control unit has a powerful CPU with 400 MHz, which was specially optimized for CODESYS target and web visualization. The oper­ation is done comfortably via a 7" TFT touch display.

The extremely compact and robust metal housing enables applications in harsh industrial en­vir­on­ments. An integrated Ether­net inter­face can be used for debug­ging, remote main­te­nance, software updates or higher-­level visualization. A USB port allows machine parameters and data records to be exchanged quickly and easily via USB stick (individual scripts can be executed auto­matically). As further communication inter­faces, the PLC is provided with three serial and one CAN connection which is spec­i­fied according to CANopen.

The controller can act as a CANopen master, this can be easily configured from the CODESYS controller configuration and gua­ran­tees the op­timal control of CANopen IOs and drives. All da­ta of the controller are stored on an integrated microSD card of up to 32 GB.

CODESYS programming according to IEC 61131-3
Based on a 32-bit microcontroller with in­te­grated target vi­su­ali­zation on the PLC, eControl micro is programmed with the CODESYS V.3.x runtime system according to IEC 61131-3. For demanding vi­su­ali­za­tion tasks, there are ready-made vi­su­ali­za­tion ele­ments such as trend graphics, alarm tables or pointer in­stru­ments that enable quick and easy operation.
