Once we have received your information we will send you a RMA number and if necassary a decontamination declaration. Please send us back the decontamination assessment in advance, then the goods, stating the RMA number and a detailed description of the error.
After receipt of the goods, we will immediately test it. Should a paid repair be necessary, we will sent you a quote in advance. Guarantee and warranty cases will be repaired immediately and will be shipped back to you.
