Development and integration of various stack solutions

High-performance programming and clearly defined interfaces are essential for the creation of protocol stacks. In particular, our two stack solutions UDS (Unified Diagnostic Service) and our DoIP (Diagnostic over Internet Protocol) are widely used in the market and convince with their performance and extremely simple integration.

Several large OEMs from the off-the-highway as well as the on-the-highway segment use the UDS and DoIP stack from Sontheim. The stack solutions convince with their fast and easy integration of less than one day and an extremely comfortable configuration. This enables the OEM to run services platform-independent and standard-compliant. The easy-to-combine communication layer can be exchanged as required and can support Ethernet (ISO13400) and CAN (ISO15765) simultaneously. The stack solutions are extremely resource-­saving and high-performance at the same time, giving manufacturers maximum flexibility. As a further highlight, the UDS stack handles the commu­nication independently. Session and security access are handled by the stack, as are timeouts. The appli­cator only has to provide the data, the rest is handled automatically by the stack.
