Sontheim is Top Medium-Sized Employer 2022

Sontheim Industrie Elektronik GmbH is one of the top medium-sized employers for the editors of FOCUS-BUSINESS on the basis of an independent data survey. In conjunction with FactField GmbH, just under 4,000 employers were selected from more than 38,000 medium-sized companies in Germany that were rated best by their employees during the data collection period in spring 2021.

Despite another Corona year and the global impact, Sontheim has managed to be among the TOP 100 employers in Germany in the electrical and electronics sector. As a family-run, medium-sized company, we are very proud of this award, knowing that our employees are our most important asset and that we have been successfully and reliably serving our customers for over 25 years.
