Girls’ Day at Sontheim

Sontheim participated in Girls’ Day!

The nationwide initiative promotes career orientation for girls. The Future Day offers insights into fields of activity that often do not make the short list of careers for girls. To be precise, these are professions or fields of study in which the proportion of women is less than 40 percent.We had 8 inquisitive girls in the house who were interested in the apprenticeships of IT specialist and industrial electrician. They gained insights into the professions and even wrote their own first codes for programming.

The day was a complete success and we are already looking forward to next year.
